The online program was specifically designed to provide additional quality learning support for the Head Start Child Development Specialists, Center Managers, and Teachers who are involved in the Coaching project with CDCA. This technology will be another way to bring us together as each person focuses on their professional development plan with support from their coach and the Learning Support Team.

Guidelines for responding in the forums and in a blog:
Each person is encouraged to have thoughtful, respectful discussions, including thoughtful and respectful differences of opinion. If it happens that a discussion becomes too heated however, we are requesting that you be aware of it and that you continue the discussion in private emails, not in the forum and/or to continue to blog. If CDCA decides the discussion should be continued off-line, CDCA will privately contact the parties involved and request that they continue the discussion off line.
Roadmap to finding your way:
- Move your cursor to the menu bar and click on "Help."
- In "Help" you will be given specific directions on how to access, read, and respond in your forum, how to respond to a blog, to find life savers for your daily life, as well as to find an answer to a frequently asked question.
- Type your user name and password in the boxes above
- Your name and password was recently e-mailed to your headstart.ywcastlouis.or email address by CDCA.
